Fashion designers DOMENICO DOLCE and STEFANO GABBANA have confirmed rumours their 19-year romance is over.
The style gurus will continue to manage DOLCE E GABBANA, the fashion house they started together in 1985 - but are now living apart in the same Milan apartment block in northern Italy.
Dolce, whose clients include KYLIE MINOGUE, MADONNA and WHITNEY HOUSTON, says, "On a professional level we are still together. We work together wonderfully well, we have a very strong understanding.
"We have a very strong love which ties us to each other."
