Diddy's Factory Sweatshop Reports 'Overblown'
LATEST: Accusations against SEAN 'P DIDDY' COMBS' Honduran clothes factory have been "overblown", according to investigators looking into claims it is a 'sweatshop'.
Honduras' labour minister GERMAN LEITZELAR this week (ends31OCT03) led inspectors on a six-hour visit of the SOUTHEAST TEXTILES factory, which produces the rap mogul's SEAN JOHN clothing line, following allegations workers had been badly treated and underpaid.
He told reporters yesterday (30OCT03), "I think things have been overblown. If there are any irregularities, they are not like what was contained in the accusations.
"We visited the place to find out the truth. On Monday (03NOV03), we'll present a formal report on the situation."
