SEAN COMBS - DIDDY SUES INTERIOR DESIGNER

Rap mogul SEAN 'P DIDDY' COMBS is suing an esteemed interior designer, accusing her of conning him out of hordes of cash.

According to a lawsuit obtained by American TV show CELEBRITY JUSTICE, Diddy hired New York designer JENNIFER POST in December (03) to spruce up his TriBeCa pad.

Post has worked with Diddy's ex-girlfriend JENNIFER LOPEZ in the past, but when she teamed up with the BAD BOY RECORDS boss, according to the suit, Post agreed to charge him a $75,000 (GBP41,600) flat fee for her services without tacking on a commission for "materials, construction costs and furniture".

But Diddy claims that without his "knowledge or consent" Post's initial estimate included "a significant mark up" on the contractor's fee - roughly $30,000 (GBP16,600). The suit says Diddy dismissed his designer who was weeks into the job.

He's now suing for breach of contract, fraud, and deceptive practices, asking for at least $25,000 (GBP13,800) in damages and demanding that Post return sketches she made of his home.

Post's spokesperson insists the lawsuit is without merit and claims Diddy signed the contract and just doesn't want to live up to it.
