CAMERON DIAZ - DIAZ AND TIMBERLAKE LAUGH OFF ENGAGEMENT REPORTS

LATEST: CAMERON DIAZ has stepped forward once again to dismiss reports she's set to wed her pop star beau JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE.

Although Diaz was seen wearing a sparking diamond on her ring finger, a representative for the actress denies rumours that she's engaged to ROCK YOUR BODY singer Timberlake.

BRAD CAFARELLI states, "They are not engaged."

British tabloid THE SUN and TV network SKY NEWS recently reported that Timberlake, 23, proposed to the CHARLIE'S ANGELS star, 32, over New Year's weekend and that they celebrated by partying with pals in Los Angeles.

Despite the denial, American TV show ACCESS HOLLYWOOD has confirmed that just days ago, Timberlake bought a diamond ring from high-profile jeweller NEIL LANE.

Bosses at magazine US WEEKLY say that have photographs of Diaz wearing a diamond ring, which they plan to publish next week (ends14JAN05).

The couple, who have been together since April 2003, have denied rumours in the past that they plan to wed.
