JOHNNY DEPP - DEPP LANDS YOGA TEACHER ROLE

JOHNNY DEPP is to add a cartoon character to his impressive resume when he voices the part of a yoga teacher in cult animated series KING OF THE HILL next month (MAY04).

The SECRET WINDOW star refused to appear as himself on the show but he jumped at the chance to lend his voice to YOGI VICTOR for an episode that will air in America on 9 May (04).

Depp will join the likes of ELIJAH WOOD, BRAD PITT, BRITTANY MURPHY and CHRISTINA APPLEGATE, all who have voiced characters on the long-running cartoon.

Meanwhile, AMERICAN IDOL winner KELLY CLARKSON will appear as herself in an upcoming episode.
