Hollywood stars JOHNNY DEPP and VAL KILMER are taking a break from acting to narrate a series of documentaries for BBC Radio 2.
THE DOORS actor Kilmer - who is currently starring in hit London play THE POSTMAN ALWAYS RINGS TWICE - will voice a profile of late movie legend MARLON BRANDO which will be broadcast on 2 October (05).
And the CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY heart-throb will host the biography of film idol JAMES DEAN on 27 September, to coincide with the 30th anniversary of his death.
The pair will follow in the footsteps of fellow American actor BRAD PITT who hosted a documentary on the singer/songwriter NICK DRAKE last year (04).
