GHOST star DEMI MOORE has finally given up her smoking habit.

The 41-year-old actress came under fire in September (03) after lighting up at the FOUR SEASONS restaurant in New York City - just moments after delivering a speech to patrons of the ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY FOUNDATION's WOMEN'S CANCER RESEARCH FUND.

But now the brunette beauty has ditched her MARLBORO RED habit.

Her representative says, "(Demi) quit for her own personal reasons."
