JULIE DELPY - DELPY IDENTIFIES WITH VAMPIRIC COUNTESS

French actress JULIE DELPY identifies with the vampiric countess she plays in a new movie - who bathed in human blood to stave off death.

The 34-year-old beauty will direct and star in a film about ELIZABETH BATHORY - a 17th-century Hungarian who killed 600 virgin girls and soaked in their blood to remain eternally young.

Delpy tells American website PAGESIX.COM, "Fear of aging is the least of my worries, but I'm fascinated with people who are. I'm scared of death, but not of aging."
