Daltrey Blames Moon For Low Rich List Ranking
THE WHO singer ROGER DALTREY would rank higher on rock music's rich list if bandmate KEITH MOON hadn't developed a taste for destructive behaviour.
The MY GENERATION star is convinced his band would have made as much money as THE BEATLES and PINK FLOYD if the late drummer had kept his urges to smash up hotel rooms under control.
Daltrey, 61, says, "One of the main reasons The Who aren't as rich as The Beatles and Pink Floyd is that they didn't have Keith Moon in their band."
Moon died of an overdose in 1978, aged 32.
