RUSSELL CROWE - CROWE LABELS CLOONEY A 'DILETTANTE'

LATEST: Australian RUSSELL CROWE has again hit out at Hollywood rival GEORGE CLOONEY, slamming the OCEAN'S 12 star as an amateur actor.

The pair have been bickering since Crowe criticised actors, including Clooney, who appear in commercials outside their native America.

Clooney then retorted, accusing Crowe of using his fame to promote his rock band 30 ODD FOOT OF GRUNTS.

But the GLADIATOR hunk is determined to have the last laugh.

He says, "George is a dilettante. Check the facts, I think I was playing in a band before George was born."
