Rocker SHERYL CROW is counting on big-time success in 2005 by releasing two albums.
The STEVE McQUEEN hitmaker spent much of 2004 out of the spotlight supporting her cyclist boyfriend LANCE ARMSTRONG, and now she's planning to bounce back in style.
In an interview with music industry magazine BILLBOARD, Crow says, "I want to put out an artist record first and then a pop record in the fall.
"I'm going to hand both my records in probably in the last bit of January (05)."
Crow fears she'll have to produce a pop record because her "art" record won't get any airplay: "It's just a really heartfelt, stripped-down, no-bells-and-whistles record that lyrically probably has heavier content than maybe a pop record does.
"For a long time, I've been wanting to sit down and write songs that I feel compelled to write."
