AMERICAN IDOL judge SIMON COWELL will make a cameo appearance on the DVD for SHREK 2 - judging some of the movie's characters as they sing on stage.
The British music mogul appears on an animated skit called FAR, FAR AWAY IDOL - with fellow judges SHREK and PRINCESS FIONA.
Those participating in the contest will include DONKEY singing DISCO INFERNO and PRINCE CHARMING performing I'M TOO SEXY.
