LEGALLY BLONDE - COOLIDGE STRENGTHENS NEW HOME

LEGALLY BLONDE star JENNIFER COOLIDGE has been hard at work refurbishing her new Hollywood Hills home - to make sure it doesn't collapse in the event of an earthquake.

The actress recently bought the four-bedroom home for close to its $799,000 (GBP438,800) asking price, and has since been working hard at strengthening it.

She says, "Structurally, I had to do some things to it so no matter how strong an earthquake may be, the house will still stand.

"I love the Hollywood Hills, because they are so quiet."

Coolidge is also adding a koi pond to the property.
