JENNIFER CONNELLY - CONNELLY: 'OSCAR CHANGED MY LIFE'

Actress JENNIFER CONNELLY found winning an Oscar for her role in A BEAUTIFUL MIND was the most motivating experience of her career.

The 34-year-old actress, who was thrust into the spotlight by 1986 movie LABYRINTH aged just 16, was beginning to tire of Hollywood until the 2002 award reawakened her passion for acting.

A Beautiful Mind was a double success for Connelly because she met her now-husband, British actor PAUL BETTANY on set.

She says, "It's changed things. I'm more interested in working now. I feel I have more to give.

"I'm impelled to work on things I feel passionate about. It's revising my wish list of what I want to do with my life, how I want to spend it and who I want to be."
