JACKIE COLLINS - COLLINS THRILLS NEWS MAN

Novelist JACKIE COLLINS had a special thrill for American TV host MARK STEINES when he sat down for a reading of her new book HOLLYWOOD DIVORCE - he's in the story.

The ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT host asked Collins to read from her book at the end of his interview, and was shocked when she read out his name.

Steines, described as "handsome and personable" in the tome, is one of the only real people in the book. Many of Collins' new characters are fictitious creations based loosely on the likes of PARIS HILTON, JENNIFER LOPEZ and BRITNEY SPEARS.
