Steamy author JACKIE COLLINS has bad news for new couple NICOLE KIDMAN and LENNY KRAVTIZ - she predicts their romance will "fizzle out quickly".

The HOLLYWOOD WIVES writer is a keen watcher of A list relationships and is certain that the OSCAR-winning beauty will soon find herself single again.

She says, "It's a hot romance that will fizzle out quickly."

And Jackie is equally negative about the burgeoning relationship between former ALLY McBEAL star CALISTA FLOCKHART, 39, and much-older lover HARRISON FORD, 61.

She explains, "The age gap may bother her in 10 years time."

However, according to Collins BRAD PITT and JENNIFER ANISTON can breathe easily: "They seem incredibly happy; they'll probably go the distance."

And she has high hopes for CATHERINE ZETA-JONES and MICHAEL DOUGLAS: "Despite the age gap they are the perfect match."
