Hollywood star GEORGE CLOONEY is emulating animated fatty HOMER SIMPSON in a bid to bulk up for a forthcoming film role.
The actor plays an overweight soldier in cold war thriller SYRIANA and has adopted a diet including Simpson's favourite high-calorie Krispy Kreme donuts to help him gain weight.
A source says, "He'll eat anything, but his favourite is Krispy Kreme doughnuts.
"He buys boxes at a time and even had consignments sent to his place in Italy. Otherwise it's pizzas and burgers."
