Hollywood superstar GEORGE CLOONEY looks set to anger his Italian neighbours after winning the legal rights to purchase his local beach.
The OCEAN'S TWELVE actor has won his battle to buy the land between his two villas in the idyllic Lake Como village of Lagli to ensure greater privacy - despite opposition from locals who believe Clooney is receiving preferential treatment.
However Clooney, 43, is keen to retain a amicable relationship with his neighbours and has told them, "My greatest desire is just to live in this wonderful village."
