Legendary ladies man GEORGE CLOONEY is too fearful of his bachelor past to consider having children with sexy Brit LISA SNOWDON.

The OCEAN'S ELEVEN hunk wants to avoid introducing kids into the world until he discovers whether he's capable of securing an everlasting relationship.

And Clooney - who reignited his romance with model-turned-TV presenter Snowdon last summer (04) after originally dating her in 2001 - cites his hectic Hollywood schedule as another good reason to put family plans on hold.

He says, "I'm still too wrapped up in my work to think about children. I also think I need to show myself that I'm able to sustain a good longterm relationship before I could even imagine being a father."
