GEORGE CLOONEY has a theory about why his stint as BATMAN was a disaster - no-one feels sorry for the troubled CAPED CRUSADER.
The movie hunk followed MICHAEL KEATON and VAL KILMER as a big screen Batman in 1997's BATMAN + ROBIN, but the movie flopped - and now he thinks he knows why.
He says, "Nobody feels sorry for Batman. He's always miserable, and people go, 'Well, you live in a mansion, you drive the coolest cars, you've got all the coolest gadgets, you go out with the best-looking women.'
"No one wants to hear you whine."
