Screen hunk GEORGE CLOONEY had Italo-Scottish showbiz presenter CARLA ROMANO weak at the knees after the pair flirted in Italian during an interview.

The cheeky reporter knew the OCEAN'S TWELVE star had a penchant for all things Italian, and as she spoke to him in the romantic language she became convinced there was chemistry between them.

She enthuses, "I know George loves all things Italian. He even has a home in Lake Como.

"So I thought I would see if he could speak Italian, and he could.

"Maybe it was just wishful thinking but I think there was a little bit of a spark between me and George. He certainly made me blush."
