GEORGE CLOONEY - CLOONEY FURIOUS WITH FALSE PREGNANCY REPORTS

Hollywood hunk GEORGE CLOONEY is furious after learning a stage director has been spreading false reports that he and girlfriend KRISTA ALLEN are expecting their first child together.

For several days, a story has been circulating in Tinseltown that Clooney, 42, announced to friends on New Year's Eve (31DEC03) at his California home that his 31-year-old belle is pregnant.

But OCEAN'S ELEVEN star Clooney insists nothing could be further from the truth, telling American magazine US WEEKLY, "She is not pregnant and she never was pregnant.

"Krista has a six-year-old (JACOB) in school. I don't want kids saying, 'Oh, you're having a brother or sister,' if it's not true.

"Happy, yes. Pregnant, no."

Brunette beauty Allen made waves six weeks ago when she dropped out of Los Angeles-based play ORGASMS, directed by DAN ISRAELY, who then reportedly helped spread the pregnancy rumour to the press.

Clooney adds, "He's mad at her for dropping out. Let's just say I'm going to have a talk with him about it."
