AMERICAN IDOL - CLARKSON THRILLS VMAS AUDIENCE BY SINGING IN THE RAIN

AMERICAN IDOL winner KELLY CLARKSON ended the MTV Video Music Awards in Miami, Florida, last night (28AUG05) by getting wet as it rained inside the American Airlines Arena.

The rocker performed her hit SINCE U BEEN GONE, which won her two awards, at the show's climax and thrilled audience members by singing the song in the rain.
