KELLY CLARKSON - CLARKSON SAYS SORRY BY PERFORMING FOR FREE

American pop star KELLY CLARKSON has promised to give fans in San Jose, California, a Christmas treat on 21 December (05) by performing a free concert at the city's HP Pavilion.

The concert is compensation for those who saw her perform at UC Berkeley's Greek Theatre in September (05) - her last live show before she was diagnosed with bronchitis.

Clarkson insists the concert was an inferior performance because she was suffering from throat problems and is determined to show the audience what she is really capable of.
