CINDY CRAWFORD - CINDY CRAWFORD'S HUSBAND ACCUSED OF CHEATING

CINDY CRAWFORD's husband RANDE GERBER is fighting off allegations he's been constantly cheating on his supermodel wife.

A range of sources claim the business mogul has been cheating on Crawford on a regular basis throughout their six-year marriage - and now waitress HARMY KUBIAK claims she and Gerber had a steamy encounter in 2000, during the opening of his WHISKEY BLUE in New Orleans, Louisiana's W HOTEL.

She tells America's STAR magazine, "From the moment he came through the door the first time, there was a spark between us. Every time he came to the bar, we got more and more flirty, but everyone knew he was married to Cindy Crawford, and I never expected it to go beyond flirting."

But one night, however, Kubiak says things went much further.

She continues, "Word got around that Rande and some friends were going out on the town later. When Rande asked me, 'Why don't you come with us?' I told him jokingly, 'I can't leave work... what would the owner say?'"

Kubiak says her boss soon allowed her to join Gerber and on the way to his CABARET strip club, she sat in his lap.

She recalls, "Rande and I kissed several times. He told me, 'I like hanging out with you. Do you want to go back to the hotel with me?'"

Kubiak admits she promptly arrived at Gerber's hotel room, adding, "He said, 'I'm glad you came,' and the next minute we were in a big makeout session. His hands were all over me."

She "passed out" on the bed while Gerber took a shower, but was quickly back in his arms.

She says, "Suddenly, I was awoken by gentle kisses on my neck. Wearing nothing but a towel, he undressed me and within seconds we were both naked in the bed. I knew we were about to make love," which made Kubiak "freak" out and say she had to leave.

She adds, "I'm afraid that if Cindy is under the impression that she has a faithful husband and she's his only intimate partner - then maybe she should have a reality check."

Furious Gerber, who has two children with Crawford - PRESLEY WALKER, four, and two-and-a-half-year-old KAIA - says in a statement, "The allegations that are being made about me having extramarital affairs are completely unwarranted and fabricated. I love my wife and family more than anything, and we won't allow such rumours to play any part in our relationship."
