PUBLIC ENEMY frontman CHUCK D is so disgusted with the way Hurricane Katrina relief efforts have been handled by US officials, he's already penned a song about it.

In HELL NO WE AIN'T ALRIGHT, Chuck D sends a blunt message to government officials, the media, the military and even the hip-hop community, reports AllHipHop.com.

The lyrics for the song were written on Friday (02SEP05) - the same day KANYE WEST blasted US President GEORGE W BUSH during the live broadcast of A CONCERT FOR HURRICANE RELIEF.

Chuck D, real name CARLTON RIDENHOUR, reportedly recorded the track a day later and is expected to distribute it shortly.

Hurricane Katrina has left a trail of death and destruction across America's Gulf region. Several public figures have publicly criticised the rescue operation which has left thousands of people still awaiting evacuation from affected areas.
