CHRIS MARTIN and GWYNETH PALTROW's romantic getaway turned painful last week (ends12DEC03) when the COLDPLAY star was taken to hospital needing stitches.
The rocker reportedly needed three stitches after cutting himself in a surfing accident while honeymooning with Gwyneth in Mexico.
SYLVIA star Paltrow treated hospital staff, who quickly helped her new husband, to group photograph sessions.
