COLDPLAY - CHRIS TONES DOWN THE LANGUAGE

COLDPLAY frontman CHRIS MARTIN has been made to stop swearing at his concerts - by his offended dad.

The YELLOW star - who's engaged to Hollywood stunner GWYNETH PALTROW - admitted his accountant father ANTHONY was not impressed with his foul language.

He says, "He called me and said, 'Listen boy, everything you're doing is super. I'm very pleased. I just wish you wouldn't swear so much at the crowd.'

"I thought maybe he had a point because if I turned up to see us and the singer went, 'You f****** mother*******, what the f*** are you f****** on about?', I wouldn't have been too pleased!"

He adds, "I suppose it came from touring with LIMP BIZKIT."
