COLDPLAY - CHRIS MARTIN: MY TEMPER TANTRUMS

COLDPLAY frontman CHRIS MARTIN has hit back at allegations he is feuding with lover GWYNETH PALTROW about where the couple should live - but admits he does have a temper.

The YELLOW singer - who was arrested yesterday (21JUL03) for malicious damage to a paparazzo's car in Australia - tells pop legend SIR ELTON JOHN, in INTERVIEW magazine, "I can be a total c***".

But Martin's spokesman has denied reports of the couple fighting about whether to live in London or Los Angeles, where Paltrow can be close to her mother BLYTHE DANNER, after the band finish their current tour.

The spokesman states, "There was no such fight. Gwyneth loves living in London. She also loves New York. In fact, her mother lives on the East Coast, too."
