COLDPLAY - CHRIS MARTIN ATTACKS PHOTOGRAPHER - AGAIN

COLDPLAY rocker CHRIS MARTIN reportedly launched a violent assault on an intrusive photographer in London last night (01APR04) - and he may be forced to explain his actions to police.

The TROUBLE singer - who is garnering a reputation for attacking snappers - allegedly kicked out at ALESSANDRO COPETTI as he left swanky restaurant SAN LORENZO with his heavily-pregnant wife GWYNETH PALTROW.

Angry Copetti - who claims the might of Martin's foot caused him to crash to the ground - was so angry about the incident, he's made a formal complaint to police.

The 34-year-old paparazzo says, "He kicked me from behind and I crashed to the ground. It was stupid, dangerous and violent.

"He seems to think it is OK for him to be violent to photographers because he is a celebrity."

However, Martin's spokesperson has hit back at the accusations, insisting the snapper merely tripped over as he was in "aggressive" pursuit of the star couple.

Martin was the subject of several claims made by several photographers last year (03), who accused him of brutally lashing out at them in unprovoked attacks.
