Security precautions surrounding CHELSEA CLINTON's examinations at prestigious English University OXFORD have angered her fellow students.

Details of end of year examinations are usually posted in the public exam hall - but to ensure the former American President BILL CLINTON's daughter's whereabouts are kept secret, all students have to seek out invigilators personally to learn when and where they are to take their exams.

One student grumbles, "I can't believe we've changed our normal procedure for a single student. She asked to come here. It's not like we asked her to come, is it?"
