CHARLIE'S ANGELS beauties LUCY LIU, CAMERON DIAZ and DREW BARRYMORE have taken the top three spots in a poll of the 12 Toughest Women in Hollywood.

The sexy trio, who kicked their way onto movie screens in 2000 with the original film, are set to make a return later this year (03) with their follow-up flick CHARLIE'S ANGELS: FULL THROTTLE.

And their super-tough antics have earned them kudos from American magazine IN TOUCH as the three Tinseltown women people would think twice about before messing with.
