STACIE ORRICO - CHAPMAN LEADS GOSPEL AWARDS NOMINATIONS

STEVEN CURTIS CHAPMAN, CECE WINANS and pop sensation STACIE ORRICO are among the acts leading the nominations for this year's (04) DOVE AWARDS.

SWITCHFOOT and THIRD DAY also have much to look forward to when it comes to the GOSPEL MUSIC ASSOCIATION's big night.

Chapman earned seven nominations, including Male Vocalist and Song of The Year (ALL ABOUT LOVE), while rockers Switchfoot and Third Day both received six nods in group and album categories.

Winans and Orrico each received five nominations.

The Dove Awards will be held in Nashville, Tennessee, in April (28APR04).
