Temperamental supermodel NAOMI CAMPBELL fears her well-publicised battle with drugs will make her a target of over-zealous airport security.

The leggy stunner - who has admitted to abusing drugs in the past - isn't ever burdened with fear anymore - except when she has to walk through customs.

She says, "I don't have any more fears. I've got nothing to hide. Although sometimes I don't like the way it feels when I'm going to the airport because they kind of freak out when you're going through the terminal.

"In New York especially, there are so many checks."
