Rapper C-MURDER has announced plans to release a new album - despite being locked away behind bars.
C-MURDER, brother of hip-hop mogul MASTER P, will release THE TRUEST S**T I EVER SAID on 22 March (05) via KOCH RECORDS.
The disc features guest appearances from the late SOULJA SLIM, AKON and CAPONE, among others, reports MTV.
In a statement from jail, C-Murder says, "I'm kickin' it back to the streets. (The album is) about the trials and tribulations of my life. People will be able to relate to it."
C-Murder's first single, Y'ALL HEARD, features BG. An accompanying video for the single, shot in prison and in New Orleans, Louisiana, will be unveiled later this month (FEB05).
C-Murder, real name COREY MILLER, is currently in jail on second-degree murder charges.
