SANDRA BULLOCK is tearing down the Austin, Texas home that was the subject of a 2004 legal battle between the actress and a construction firm.
The MISS CONGENIALITY star was awarded $7.8 million (GBP4.3 million) in damages after a building firm was held responsible for shoddy work on the mansion.
Bullock and her new husband JESSE JAMES plan to demolish the property and build a new home on the site.
