BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER STORIES

BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER creator JOSS WHEDON is hoping to save his latest TV project - by turning it into a movie.

Whedon had hoped his FIREFLY series would be a huge hit in America, but it flopped and was cancelled earlier this summer (03).

Whedon will make his feature directorial debut with the project, which will go into production early next year (04).

The director is hoping to enlist the entire cast from the TV series to come back for the feature.
