Singing beauty BRITNEY SPEARS is a wild girl who feels her sexiest when she's surrounded by nature.

The ex girlfriend of JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE has stripped down to a green bikini, topped with blue cut-off denim shorts to pose for IN STYLE magazine's upcoming What's Sexy Now? feature.

A small forest was built in a studio at New York's Chelsea Piers, where a mud-smeared Spears posed seductively for cameras.

She says, "There's something about going for walks or going to the beach that just makes me feel sexy and good. It's like a healing thing."

And Spears, who finds men most attractive when they're confident and funny, lists THE WAY WE WERE as her favourite romantic flick - but not the sexiest.

She adds, "The sexiest movie? Probably INDECENT PROPOSAL, with DEMI MOORE. I find that hot. I think she works it and I think it's a very sexy movie."

Spears is one of 17 stars in the magazine feature, including PIERCE BROSNAN, JANET JACKSON and CHARLIE SHEEN with his wife DENISE RICHARDS.
