Pop babe BRITNEY SPEARS is erasing all memories of ex-love JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE by buying a new home and making it a girlie paradise.

The BOYS singer has sold the love nest she shared with Timberlake - who she split with last year (02) - to fellow star BRITTANY MURPHY, and has now moved into a trendy beachside condo in Los Angeles.

And according to Spears' mum LYNNE, the new place is everything a girl could dream of.

She says, "Britney has really loved decorating it. It's so nice to live where everything is so convenient. Pool, spa, valet service and daily maintenance are great.

"Living near the beach is serene and the atmosphere is very woman-friendly."
