BEACH BOY BRIAN WILSON's nephew is taking his culinary skills to Culver City, California.
MICHAEL WILSON, the son of the late DENNIS WILSON, is opening his own restaurant, Wilson's, in March (06).
The chef's signature dishes include lobster wrapped in pickled pear and venison strudel with Brussels sprouts, plums and chestnuts.
