Pop loudmouth BOY GEORGE's mother was stunned by his candid new autobiography and has reprimanded him for his rude comments about other celebrities.

DINAH O'DOWD was shocked by the contents of her son's newly launched autobiography, STRAIGHT - in which he slams contemporaries SIR ELTON JOHN, GEORGE MICHAEL and MADONNA.

And she promises she didn't let him get away with it.

Dinah says, "I felt there was a little too much information, it was very graphic. Thank God my mother's not alive - she would have been mortified!

"I do tell him off sometimes for being rude about people, but I agreed with his criticism of Madonna. She has dropped so many people."
