Fallen R+B star BOBBY BROWN has sparked outrage among family groups in America, after insisting Santa Claus doesn't exist on his TV holiday special BEING BOBBY BROWN: CHRISTMAS WITH THE BROWNS.

Carving up a ham, surrounded by family and friends, joker Brown looks straight into the TV camera and states, "Kids, I want to tell you there's no such thing as Santa Claus."

The star's teenage daughter BOBBI KRISTINA tried to intervene, saying, "He's just kidding."

But party pooper Brown added, "I'm not kidding, there's no Santa Claus," before later exclaiming, "I'm Santa Claus."

The Christmas special aired in America last night (21DEC05).
