Icelandic singer BJORK has topped a poll as the world's most eccentric celebrity.

The VENUS AS A BOY star, 40, won out over boxing champion CHRIS EUBANK - famed for working hard on his quirky image - who came second in the BBC survey.

Former sports star and self-proclaimed Messiah DAVID ICKE, who is convinced the world is dominated by lizards, took third place.
