CHARMED beauty ROSE McGOWAN has sold her Hollywood Hills home to THE OC star RACHEL BILSON.

The home, which Bilson purchased for $1.2 million (GBP660,000), has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, an outdoor spa and a rooftop patio.

McGowan, ex-girlfriend of shock rocker MARILYN MANSON, has relocated to another section of the hills.
