BIJOU PHILLIPS - BIJOU PHILLIPS GETS COMMUNITY SERVICE + PROBATION

Hollywood socialite BIJOU PHILLIPS has pleaded no contest to an assault charge brought against her by model NICOLE LENZ.

The two party girls were involved in a fracas at a Los Angeles club last June (04) and had to be separated by former FRIENDS star MATTHEW PERRY.

Lenz has since hit Phillips with assault charges stemming from the alleged attack on her - and she even persuaded Perry to testify that she did not try to fight back.

But it looks like the actor won't need to go to court - Phillips accepted she was at fault in court in Los Angeles on Wednesday (23FEB05) and was handed community service and probation.
