The movie star will narrate a new TV documentary about the mythical 'curse of the Bambino' which has prevented his baseball team the BOSTON RED SOX from winning the World Series in America.
Fans claim baseball legend BABE RUTH cursed the team when they sold him to the NEW YORK YANKEES in 1920. Affleck is a lifelong Red Sox devotee.
The documentary, THE CURSE OF THE BAMBINO, airs in America tonight (16SEP03).
