KATE BECKINSALE is baffled she is still mistaken for fellow Brit beauty KATE WINSLET, because the two actresses are so different.
Despite roles in blockbusters THE AVIATOR and VAN HELSING, the brunette star is regularly approached by confused fans praising her performance in TITANIC as ROSE DeWITT BUKATER.
Beckinsale says, "With me, people are like, 'Kate who? Is she the one off Titanic?'
"I always get people telling me how much they loved Titanic and I just say, 'I'm so glad for you.' I don't want to embarrass them."
