DREW BARRYMORE was so shocked to discover a fan planned to undergo surgery to look like the actress, she called her and begged her to reconsider.
The unnamed 23-year-old was due to make the transformation for MTV show I WANT A FAMOUS FACE.
After learning of the programme, Barrymore tracked down her number, and convinced her not to go through with the operation.
According to LIFE + STYLE magazine, Drew said, "You are beautiful just as you are, as yourself."
And it worked - the girl cancelled the surgery.
