American gameshow legend CHUCK BARRIS is fighting to have an alleged nasty neighbour evicted from New York's swanky TRUMP PLAZA residence after two years of threats fired at him and his wife.
Barris, whose life was featured in GEORGE CLOONEY's directorial debut CONFESSIONS OF A DANGEROUS MIND, has written to the board of the Trump insisting that DOROTHEA WEITZNER should be asked to leave - and the powers that be are taking action.
Barris admits he has feared for his life after screaming matches with his neighbour on the 39th floor of the Trump Plaza.
As well as banging on his wall, Barris claims Weitzner screamed "You whore," at his wife, "I'm going to break your f**king head open," and "I'm going to slit your f**king throat."
Weitzner accepts she did call Barris' wife a whore, but meant nothing by it, but she rejects claims that she one told Barris he had a rash on his testicles.
The building's bosses are now trying to force Weitzner out for "objectionable conduct" and "shouting or screaming obscenities".
