Movie star GEORGE CLOONEY would love to have kids, but he's not ready to sacrifice his career to start a family yet.

Clooney, who has recently ended his on-off relationship with British model/presenter LISA SNOWDON is in no rush to find a replacement and settle down.

He says, "I'm too wrapped up in my work to think about children. I need to show myself that I'm able to sustain a good long-term relationship before I could even imagine what being a father would be like."
